This seed contains a 6 high cactus at (x=13, z=-32) which, as knowledgable Minecraft players will know, must be a glitch. The rest of the world contains some nice overhangs and other desert features.
I spawned a random world one time and got an 8-high cactus, as it turns out, in one of the more recent updates, Notch allowed cacti to grow to more random heights, but the most often occurring will remain 3.
