I was just about to comment that I couldn't find the village. But I found it. I spawned very far away from it. But I finally found it after flying around for 4 minutes at X = 238, Z = 297 (that location is right in the middle of the village.
There is a pretty cool set of mines that are located at X=161, Y=43, Z=480, That will put you right on top of a chest filled with some stuff, the mine system is pretty substantial if you explore, have fun!

when you go to create a new world go to more world option and type in the blank space(you find button to get to blank space under were you can change from survival-creative and if you have 1.0+ you can even do hardcore).
if you walk from your spawn to the village and a little bit wide you find a very deep hole with a great cave system but full lightened by torches if you mark your way (like me) with torches it's a bit different xD
I'm complatley lost, I switched to creative mode and ive flown to a desert biome with a river running through it, is there any landmarks that I can use to find the village?? Thanku
If you copy and paste it from this page it shows up as "-3195717715052600521 " The extra space is what is throwing people off. The right seed places you right next to the village every time.
any end of the portal or stuff like that in this map

I believe thats called a 'Bell End'
